U.S. Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS) standardizes a method for the Army to account, assess, manage, and monitor the recovery process for personnel and their families affected and/or scattered by a wide-spread catastrophic event. ADPAAS provides valuable information to all levels of the Army chain of command, allowing commanders to make strategic decisions which facilitate a return to stability.

PIV Requirement Notice:
DoD is transitioning to one common authentication (logon) certificate on CACs called the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Authentication. The PIV certificate is mandated as the new standard for NIPRNET network, web, and application login. On February 1st, 2020, ADPAAS will only accept the PIV certificate for authentication and will no longer accept E-mail or Identity certificates. To activate your PIV Certificate, go to Rapids Self Service (click here), login with your CAC, and click Activate PIV Certificate.
SSN and DOB are used by ADPAAS for user login and authentication only. They are sent to ADPAAS in encrypted format. SSN and DOB information already resides in ADPAAS and is not captured and stored from login. They are not displayed in ADPAAS in any form and is not used for any purpose other than U.S Army-approved personnel accountability. Users can change their password from DOB after login by going to the "My Info" page.
