If you can't sign in...

Are you a Commanding Officer Representative (COR)? If so, complete one of the following:

• Submit a signed COR Initial Request Form, (faxed or emailed), to your Tier 1 ADPAAS COR.
• Ask the Primary ADPAAS COR for the UIC requested, to add you to its COR list in the ADPAAS application

Are you a new hire (past 3 months)? If so, your personnel information may not have been imported from DEERS.

• During an exercise, you are not required to account for yourself. Wait for the next DEERS update (15th of every month).
• During a disaster event, contact your ADPAAS COR for accountability or call the ADPAAS Information Hotline @ 1-800-833-6622, option 7.

Are you a CONUS Contractor? If so, your personnel information is not reflected in ADPAAS. Contact your organization's accountability POC to be accounted for.

Password policy

Passwords must be at least 16 characters long and contain:

• at least two Uppercase Letters
• at least two Lowercase Letters
• at least two Numbers
• at least two Special Characters

Reusing any of your last 24 passwords is not permitted.
